Work Environment As a Physical Therapist at our organization, you will work onsite, primarily in patients' homes, providing therapy in a comfortable and familiar environment. Our clinic offers access to state-of-the-art equipment and resources, ensuring you can deliver the highest standard of care. Your work hours will generally be Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts available between 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, or opt for 4 ten-hour shifts for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Conducting thorough assessments of patient conditions and establishing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. * Implementing therapeutic interventions designed to promote recovery and rehabilitation, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. * Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to align treatment goals and optimize patient outcomes. * Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure the most effective care delivery. * Educating patients and families about exercises and techniques to enhance recovery and prevent further injuries. * Documenting all patient interactions and progress in our electronic health record system to maintain accurate, up-to-date patient information. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and age-related impairments. Our patients range from athletes looking to regain competitive edge to seniors aiming to maintain mobility and independence. Your expertise will significantly influence their rehabilitation experience and outcomes. Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements: * A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field. * A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain licensure. * Strong clinical reasoning skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. Preferred Experience While we require a minimum of two years of professional experience in the field of physical therapy, candidates with experience in home health or outpatient settings will have an advantage. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based treatment standards is also highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
