Duties:

• Assisting with personal care Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Managing medication Reminding or administering prescribed medications.
• Meal preparation Cooking and serving nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
• Mobility support Helping with walking, transfers, or using mobility aids.
• Companionship Providing emotional support and engaging in conversation or activities.
• Light housekeeping Keeping the living space clean and safe (laundry, dishes, tidying).
• Monitoring health Observing and reporting any changes in physical or mental condition.
