Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and needs upon their entry into therapy, assessing their strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, utilizing methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management techniques.
• Continuously track the progress of each patient, documenting patients' responses to treatment and reassessing therapeutic goals as necessary.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on the use of assistive devices and therapeutic exercises that can aid in recovery, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged in their rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of each patient.
• Stay at the forefront of industry practices by attending workshops, pursuing continuing education opportunities, and maintaining professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility caters to a broad demographic, treating patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric age groups with various diagnoses. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, along with a valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and progress to patients and the healthcare team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and patient management, as well as familiarity with electronic health records.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of patients and the healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is preferred, we welcome recent graduates eager to learn and grow in their careers.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting is a plus, as it exposes you to various techniques and methods that enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
