Accounting Associate A/R BillingOur client, located in Central Dallas, is looking for an Accounting Associate on a contract-to-hire basis. Keys:B2C (Business-to-Consumer) billing experienceHigh volume experience highly preferred - will be processing 100-125 invoices per dayLight collections - more like updating credit card informationNo aging - customers are expected to pay up-frontResponsibilities:Point-of-sale billing and collection responsibilitySpreadsheet experience (Google Sheets, Numbers, Excel)Able and willing to assume special projects as assignedA/R and A/P experiencePreferred but not required:QuickBooks Online experienceLight financial reporting experienceAttributes:Detail-orientedProactive with an appropriate sense of urgencyWorks well in a team settingOrganized
