We are seeking an experienced HOSPICE CLINICAL MANAGER – RN for the Alamance, Guilford, and Durham regions. Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000 Job Description Coordinate case management of all patient services. Document patient care and staff performance accurately. Supervise assigned care staff. Assist the Administrator as necessary. Provide direct patient care, including case management, Oasis care planning, assigning care staff, and ensuring efficient use of staffing resources. Job Requirements Current RN licensure in North Carolina and completion of nursing education at an approved school. Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience in diverse settings; hospice experience preferred. In‑depth knowledge of hospice/home‑care regulations. Ability to independently organize work and provide cost‑effective hospice services with timely, accurate documentation. Strong critical‑thinking and communication (oral and written) skills.
