Tube Mill Plant Manager

We are seeking a Tube Mill Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility and drive safety, quality, and productivity across our tube mill operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering results while fostering a high-performance culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all aspects of plant operations, focusing on tube mill production.
- Drive safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team.
- Manage budgets, costs, and operational performance.
- Partner cross-functionally to meet customer and business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
- Proven experience in tube mill, roll forming, or steel manufacturing.
- Strong leadership experience in a plant or operations management role.
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ability to drive results through people and process.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
