Branch Manager

Role responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch while managing a portfolio under $18M. Ensures established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of products and services to current and prospective members. Builds rapport with members and the community. Ensures members are promptly and professionally served. Trains, directs, and supervises branch staff.

Major duties and responsibilities include managing direct reports to maximize productivity, efficiency, and the potential of the human assets of the company. Ensures branch personnel are well trained in all phases of their respective jobs. Works to grow business and member acquisition. Troubleshoots and resolves internal and external inquiries. Oversees individual accountability for the handling of cash and assists in resolving balancing problems. Must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Schedule: Full-time. Some Saturdays required.

Knowledge and skills include three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience. A high school degree or equivalent is required. A significant level of trust, credibility, and diplomacy is required. Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public.

Qualifications include a high school degree or better. Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
