This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful team and develop your experience and career within a management position. You will be responsible for supporting day to day running of the branch and will be involved in, developing and coaching team members to realise their potential and develop their skills.About you:You will be a great communicator who will share knowledge, experience and best practices.You understand the importance of working collaboratively with your team to deliver results.You will lead with a people first mindset - our culture is important to us, and we believe in supporting and empowering our teams to deliver a world class service; to always exceed our client expectations.You will be commercially minded, with the ability to analyse data and make evidence-based decisions whilst maintaining attention to detail.Enthusiasm and resilience will be needed to care for our existing client base as well as finding new business opportunities.
