- # Branch SupervisorApplylocations: Montgomery, ALtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R262423Make a difference.As a Branch Supervisor, you will build new and strengthen existing customer relationships by promoting the Company's products and services to maximize sales and gross margin.In this role you will:* Develop and maintain counter area through effective inventory management and strategic product placement* Ensure customer service commensurate with market requirements and Company's customer service policy* Achieve market penetration to meet branch, district, and Company objectives* Provide or establish training plan for all employees at location* Schedule, plan, and implement promotional activities in conjunction with suppliers.What you bring to the table:* Minimum of 3 years of experience required: Some business experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance* 4+ years of experience preferred: Past supervisory or management experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance positions* 4 year degree preferred: Business, management, administration, or finance* Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel* Organizational skills* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing* Ability to interface with all levels of both external (customers and suppliers) and internal (employees and management) customers* Ability to manage, motivate, and influence others to achieve the branch's established objectives* Some travel requiredShift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm.Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
