Field-Based Housing Case Manager for Homeless Women

Deborah’s Place

Deborah's Place in Chicago is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management services to 20 women who are formerly homeless. This role involves conducting intakes, assessments, service planning, and acting as a liaison between tenants and landlords. A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required, and candidates must have 2-3 years of case management experience. The position requires a valid Illinois driver's license and the use of a personal vehicle. Supervised clinical hours towards LCSW and LSW certifications are offered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
