You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Enterprise PMO Portfolio Manager serves in a critical leadership role within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and is responsible for governing the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives and investments. This role provides oversight across business, operational, regulatory, risk, and technology initiatives, ensuring investments are aligned to enterprise strategy, organizational capacity, and expected business outcomes. Additionally, this role partners closely with executive leadership to facilitate prioritization, investment governance, resource planning, benefits realization, and portfolio performance management.Primary ResponsibilitiesLeads enterprise portfolio management activities, including demand intake, initiative evaluation, prioritization, governance, resource planning, and portfolio optimizationMonitors project health and delivery practices, offering strategic direction, challenges, and corrective recommendations to ensure successful outcomesPartners with business and technology leaders to align strategic initiatives and investments with organizational objectives, priorities, and available resourcesFacilitates investment governance processes and provides recommendations regarding initiative prioritization, funding allocation, sequencing, and investment decisionsEstablishes and maintains portfolio governance standards, methodologies, performance measures, reporting frameworks, and decision-making processesDevelops and maintains integrated portfolio roadmaps that provide visibility into strategic initiatives, milestones, dependencies, investment performance, and expected outcomesLeads enterprise demand management and capacity planning activities to balance resource availability with organizational priorities and investment needsAssesses and manages portfolio-level risks, resource conflicts, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies that may impact strategic objectivesFacilitates portfolio governance reviews and executive discussions by providing analysis, recommendations, and visibility into portfolio health and performanceProduces executive-level reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support informed decision-making, strategic planning, and investment oversightAssesses organizational change impacts across initiatives and support sequencing, prioritization, and adoption readiness decisions to maximize successful outcomesDrives continuous improvement of portfolio management practices, governance processes, performance measurement frameworks, and value realization methodologiesEnsures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, risk management standards, cybersecurity expectations, and industry best practicesThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, or related field and ten (10) years of experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, program management, business transformation or related disciplineOr Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or related field and eight (8) years of directly related experience at a top tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey and Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain, Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ernst and Young (EY), etc.)Or High School Diploma or GED and fourteen (14) years of experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, program management, business transformation or related disciplineThree (3) years of experience leading teams and/or managing portfolio, program, or project management professionalsExperience supporting enterprise governance forums and executive-level decision-makingExperience with portfolio financial management, investment analysis, and budget forecastingExperience working in large, matrixed organizations with complex portfolios and competing prioritiesPreferencesMaster’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Organizational Leadership, Information Technology, or related fieldApplicable change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), etc.)Applicable project management certifications (e.g., Project Management point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$147,178.00 USDMedian:$195,920.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan.
