It is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all North Carolinians, providing human service needs for special populations including individuals who are deaf, blind, developmentally disabled, and mentally ill, and helping poor North Carolinians achieve economic independence.Description of WorkThis position has responsibility of operating fulfillment equipment including insertion systems and folders, routine maintenance on equipment, merging and sorting reports for county DSS offices and clients. This position is also involved in quality control, which includes checking print quality, providing assistance to ensure jobs are processed accurately and isolating damaged work that needs to be reprinted. This work is performed under supervision of IT Operation Technicians within the DHHS IT Printing Operations Section.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesSalary Grade Range: $31,200.00 - $48,810.00Recruitment Range: $31,200.00 - $46,950.00Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
