Join Millennium Print Group as an Overwrap Operator! We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Overwrap Operator to join our manufacturing team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you'll operate overwrap equipment, support production goals, and ensure high-quality products are delivered safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

• Set up and operate overwrap equipment, including feeders, wrappers, scales, conveyor systems, and shrink wrap equipment.
• Review job jackets and production schedules to ensure accurate job setup and execution.
• Monitor machine performance to achieve production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Troubleshoot routine machine issues and perform basic equipment adjustments.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout production runs to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Record production results, downtime, and operational data in company systems.
• Monitor inventory and production supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
• Support team members to ensure efficient workflow and operational success.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience operating manufacturing or production equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with automated production equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills and experience using production systems preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Experience working in an ISO-regulated environment is a plus.
