Senior Deskside Support Engineer - Remote

Salary: $52,000 - 62,400 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing deskside support or end-user computing role.
• A bachelors degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Mac, Microsoft operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills, with a positive, engaged approach to supporting end users.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, work independently while contributing as a team member, and collaborate across departments.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends when needed.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills and work outside ones comfort zone.
• Maintain certifications required to support assigned networks, hardware, software, and applications. A+ and Network+ certifications are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of networking, AirWatch, SCCM, and Cisco routers and switches.

• Provide onsite, end-user support for hardware, software, applications, installations, and mobile devices, including systems that are approximately 70% Mac and 30% PC.
• Configure, install, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile applications.
• Respond to end-user questions about supported hardware, software, and applications.
• Meet and exceed established service levels.
• Analyze problems, identify their causes, take corrective action, and recommend solutions for application and account-related issues.
• Use ServiceNow to manage tasks and support requests.
• Work daily with management and vendors to deliver a quality end-user experience.
