Techo-Bloc's Twin Cities Metro territory is thriving — and we're adding to our team to keep up with the demand. This is an additional Outside Sales Representative position supporting an established market with existing dealer relationships and a loyal contractor base already familiar with the Techo-Bloc name. You won't be starting from zero: you'll be stepping into a region with real momentum, and your job is to help us capture the next phase of growth, including expanding our reach into South Dakota.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute a territory growth strategy
• Grow relationships with contractors and dealers across the Twin Cities Metro
• Expand Techo-Bloc's presence into South Dakota
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Educate contractors and drive demand through our dealer network
• Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows, lunch & learns, and dealer events
• Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B field sales experience; hardscape, landscaping, building materials, or dealer-network experience is an asset
• Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable owning a territory
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with CRM and data-driven sales processes
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and be in the field with customers
