Foremost Exteriors is looking for driven, competitive professionals to join our Outside Sales team. This is a commission-only position with serious income potential and real upward mobility.

If you're tired of low ceilings, micromanagers, or broken systems — this is your shot at something better.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and inbound leads

• Perform roof and exterior inspections (yes, you’ll be on roofs)

• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and estimates

• Present good-better-best solutions with our easy-to-use estimating software

• Close deals and hand off to our support team so you can focus on selling

• Track progress in our CRM and attend weekly sales meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Natural communicator with strong relationship-building skills

• Goal-oriented and self-driven

• Organized and able to manage your own pipeline

• Experience in sales, customer service, or face-to-face work is a plus

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Must be able to climb ladders and walk roofs

• Must be able to work full time and in person

What You’ll Get:

• Commission-only role with no income cap

• Reps typically earn $75,000–$150,000+ annually

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Weekends as needed

Experience Required:

• At least 2 years of sales or relevant customer-facing experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
