The Scrum Master II serves the important role of bridging the gap between conceptualizing and actioning product development ideas within a team. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. This position operates in a camera-on, video-first environment, and regular video participation is a condition of employmentMust be located in one of the following locations: AZ, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA or WIBachelor's DegreeFirst level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, Team Kanban Practioner)4+ years experience in actively contributing to the SDLC in a variety of roles which could include: QA, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and/or Engineer3+ years experience performing the role of Scrum Master or Kanban Practitioner in a software development/SaaS environmentApplying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling intentional gaps in the Scrum/Kanban approach (burndown techniques, work in progress limits, handling bugs, etc.)Consistently delivering toward the strategic product incrementBuilding/molding autonomous teamsDriving actions through empirical data analysisWorking within a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, organizations, cultures, etc.)2+ years experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA) for communication, work management and reporting1+ years experience working within multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
