We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategies. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned financial leader to make a significant impact by driving financial and strategic decisions for our company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wholesale distribution, e-commerce, import/export, consumer goods, and consumer electronics. The VP of Finance will report directly to the CEO and will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other senior leaders to shape the future of our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial operations including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
2. Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies.
3. Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and forecasts.
4. Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and dashboards to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
5. Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively.
6. Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
7. Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
8. Align financial policies and procedures with company objectives.
9. Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
10. Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record of success.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in wholesale distribution, e-commerce, import/export, consumer goods, and consumer electronics.
4. Proficiency in analyzing financial data and creating and presenting financial statements, reports, and dashboards.
5. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
6. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
8. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
9. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
10. CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
