Civil Litigation Attorney

A well-established law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. The role involves handling a variety of civil litigation and insurance defense matters, including general liability, product liability, premises liability, construction defect, and other liability-related claims. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Colorado 3+ years of civil litigation and/or insurance defense experience Experience handling liability defense matters and civil litigation cases Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and case management Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload and prepare cases for trial Trial experience is a plus Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $210,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
