Job Description
Title: GHR Program Manager - Program Coordination

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:
- 2+ years of LPN experience
- EPIC experience required
- Preferred: CoverMyMeds experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Triaging patient calls and managing communications.
- Processing prior authorizations and scheduling appointments.
- Performing in-basket management tasks.
- Assisting with medical reception duties as needed.

Compliance / Notes:
- Training includes HIPAA Module (15 minutes) and 4-hour PennChart training (virtual).
- Candidates must be prepared to start compliance processes immediately after accepting the role.
