Staffing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $34/hr | Per Diem - United Methodist Communities | Western New Jersey Provide high‑quality, person‑centered care to residents in assisted living and memory care facilities. Responsibilities Cover open shifts as assigned and agreed upon. Deliver high‑quality, person‑centered care to residents. Complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care. Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support. Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members to provide care. Qualifications Age 18 years or older. Current and active New Jersey LPN license (required). Fully vaccinated for flu (required). 1+ year of experience in memory care, assisted living, or healthcare setting (required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation and Benefits Base pay of $34 per hour. Shift differentials: +$1.00 for evenings, +$2.00 for nights, +$4.00 for weekend shifts. Per diem schedule with flexibility; day, evening and night shifts available. Flexible scheduling. Access to company benefits for eligible employees (details provided upon hire). Additional Requirements Must produce a negative drug test. Subject to background check. Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
