Mental Health/Behavioral Health Therapist Location Schedule Full or Part-Time with Flexible Hours Compensation Licensed Clinicians Start at $70/Hour About the Role Our team works in partnership with ICAN, a well-established nonprofit organization, serving individuals and families throughout the community. We operate as an independent contracted provider supporting ICAN programs and services. This means you will receive the flexibility, support, and personalized leadership of a smaller team environment while contributing to the mission and impact of one of the area’s leading nonprofit organizations. Role Duties Provide compassionate behavioral and mental health therapy and support services Build trusting relationships with clients and families Assist individuals and/or families in reaching personal goals and improving daily functioning Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure quality care (Individuals that require supervision per license must participate in clinical supervision with identified supervisor). Qualifications Must currently possess NYS Licensure (Licensed Master Social Worker LMSW; Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW; Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC with or without Diagnostic Privilege; Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT with out without Diagnostic Privilege) A passion for helping other Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong writing and organizational skills Reliability, empathy, and professionalism Experience in behavioral health, mental health, human services, counseling, or related fields preferred Join a team where compassion, purpose, and community come first #J-18808-Ljbffr Weldon Counseling PLLC
