Senior Thermal Lab Lead for Liquid-Cooled Racks
ETCHED LLC
Etched is seeking a Thermal Lab Lead to build and maintain a world‑class thermal lab for testing high‑performance data center products. You will own test setups, instrumentation, data quality, and reporting while partnering with engineering and facilities for future lab expansion.
You will guide thermal technicians, develop automation tools, and help design and build Etched thermal labs, including CDUs and liquid‑cooled racks, in a fast‑growing, hands‑on environment in San Jose.
