Job Title Registered Nurse Division / Program Industry Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center Location City of Industry, CA Working Hours / Shift On Call 7:00am – 7:30pm Compensation USD 41.71 – 43.00 per hour Job Overview The Registered Nurse is the treatment team member responsible for overseeing all nursing duties and related activities for clients. The RN supervises nursing department staff for their shift, manages the overall milieu and general operations to facilitate quality client care, and preserves safety. The RN documents client care in the Electronic Medical Records, collaborates with internal and external agencies, and may be asked to become an LPS designee for “applications 5150/5585”. Responsibilities Oversee nursing duties and related nursing activities for clients. Supervise nursing staff assigned to the RN’s shift. Manage overall milieu and general operations for quality client care and safety. Accurately document client care in the Electronic Medical Records. Collaborate with internal and external departments and agencies. Assist in completing “applications 5150/5585” when appointed as an LPS designee. Qualifications Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduate from an accredited school of registered nursing, Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least one year of experience with seriously emotionally disturbed children, adolescents, or adults in a mental health care setting (preferred). At least one year of supervisory experience (preferred). Ability to pass the facility Medication Test. Current CPR certification. First Aid certification. Valid California Driver’s License. Division / Program Overview 24/7 outpatient program with rapid mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and medication support. Walk‑ins welcome; clients may stay up to 24 hours.
