We are seeking a team member to support our accounting division with routine financial and administrative functions. This position is designed for a candidate who thrives in a structured environment and is building experience in accounting processes and procedures.What You'll DoEnter invoices, receipts, and basic financial data into our accounting systemsAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processingOrganize and maintain financial records and documentationAssist in reconciling vendor statements and flag discrepancies for reviewSupport month-end close with basic journal entry preparation and documentationCommunicate with internal teams to gather required paperwork and approvalsProvide general administrative support to the accounting departmentWhat You NeedHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or accounting is a plus.1–3 years of office, administrative, or accounting support experienceBasic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office toolsWillingness to learn accounting systems and processesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable, punctual, and able to work onsite in our officeWhy RallyX?RallyX, born out of a family business, operates like a family today.
