Regional Account Manager

Arine is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company focused on medication safety and personalized care plans. The Role We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive client success and growth for our AI-powered medication intelligence platform. What You’ll be Doing Become an expert on Arine’s platform, services, and value proposition within the first 3 months. Take ownership of a defined client load and manage executive‑level relationships to achieve clients’ strategic business goals. Consultatively convert customer vision into actionable account strategies, closing multi‑year renewals for 100% of assigned clients annually. Identify innovative ideas to solve long‑term client value and impact. Build strong relationships with leadership at health plans, prioritizing market opportunities for potential customers. Achieve 100% client retention by partnering with clients on operational and performance initiatives. Grow the relationship value year over year, securing at least one client referral annually. What You’ll Need At least 10 years of sales/client‑management experience with a proven track record, preferably in health plans, risk‑bearing providers, and PBMs. Success in exceeding quota within a hyper‑growth technology organization. Strong knowledge of health‑plan and risk‑bearing provider industry segments and performance‑improvement levers. Experience building pipeline and executing large, enterprise deals, managing long‑term client partnerships. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive‑level stakeholders. Foundational understanding of CMS Stars programs and health‑plan affordability strategies. Experience in building and managing senior and executive relationships, removing barriers and aligning needs. Travel and Other Information Travel 20–30%. Remote Work Requirements Established private workspace ensuring information privacy. Stable high‑speed internet connection. Required to attend on‑site meetings multiple times per year. Compensation Base salary range: $170,000 – $180,000 per year. Additional compensation and benefits are not included in this range. Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States. Information Security Roles and Responsibilities All staff are part of Arine’s Information Security Management Program and must complete periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines.
