Email Marketing Specialist Ashco Centers is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute email marketing campaigns that support our commercial real estate leasing, tenant outreach, property marketing, and company communications. This role is responsible for building professional email campaigns, managing contact lists, improving engagement, maintaining brand consistency, and helping generate interest from brokers, tenants, and prospective business partners. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate marketing environment. Key Responsibilities Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns for available properties, tenant announcements, broker outreach, and company updates. Maintain and organize large email contact lists, including brokers, tenant representatives, retailers, restaurants, medical users, banks, and other prospects. Segment email lists by tenant category, geography, broker type, industry, and campaign purpose. Write and edit clear, professional email copy that aligns with Ashco Centers' brand and leasing goals. Design visually appealing email layouts using company branding, property images, brochures, renderings, maps, and calls to action. Coordinate with the marketing and leasing teams to prepare targeted campaigns for specific tenants, brokers, and property opportunities. Track email performance, including open rates, click rates, bounce rates, unsubscribes, and engagement trends. Recommend improvements to subject lines, design, timing, targeting, and messaging based on campaign results. Ensure email campaigns are accurate, properly formatted, mobile-friendly, and free of errors before sending. Manage email marketing platforms and maintain compliance with email best practices, unsubscribe requirements, and deliverability standards. Support database cleanup, contact imports, suppression lists, and ongoing CRM organization. Assist with creating marketing materials, campaign reports, and follow-up lists for the leasing team. Help identify high-engagement prospects and provide campaign insights to support leasing outreach. Qualifications Prior experience in email marketing, digital marketing, CRM management, or a related role. Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, MailBlast, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar systems. Familiarity with CRM platforms and contact database management. Basic design sense and ability to create clean, professional email layouts. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once. Comfortable working with large contact lists and organizing data. Ability to analyze campaign performance and make practical recommendations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is preferred. Commercial real estate, retail leasing, broker outreach, or B2B marketing experience is a plus. Desired Skills Excellent organization and time management. Strong understanding of brand consistency and professional presentation. Ability to write persuasive marketing copy. Knowledge of email deliverability, list hygiene, and spam-prevention best practices. Comfortable coordinating with leasing, marketing, design, and ownership teams. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to improving campaigns and results. Responsibilities May Also Include Assisting with property brochures, flyers, and digital marketing materials. Helping update property availability information. Supporting tenant prospect research and broker outreach. Preparing targeted campaign lists for specific brands or markets. Coordinating email campaigns for new developments, available suites, press announcements, and leasing updates. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a marketing mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to turn property information into polished, targeted email campaigns. This person should be comfortable combining creative design, clean data management, and strategic outreach to help generate tenant and broker interest for Ashco Centers' portfolio.
