Marketing Assistant

Position Overview Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. Essential Functions Coordinate all marketing initiatives including but not limited to, social media, online, offline, research, creative concepts, and more. Support the Marketing Manager/Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan, setting objectives, planning, and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars. Deliver high-quality service by teaching and supporting the marketing needs requested by the field and internal departments. Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and reporting information in an actionable form. Create engaging marketing collateral for internal departments and the field including print, email, social, and digital assets. Assist in managing relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness. Assist in event planning for attendance at conventions. Education And/or Work Experience Requirements Prior working knowledge of insurance industry preferred. Analytic skills and the ability to think strategically. Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written with the ability to speak effectively in a public arena. Ability to participate in and assist in the design of marketing programs with clients and/or agencies. Creative problem‑solving skills with forethought of organizational goals and needs. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs and demands. Ability to maintain and display a positive attitude at all times, supporting business needs and changes. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to focus in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative. Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using social media including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
