Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• bilingual Client Support: Manage incoming inquiries and resolve logistics complaints fluently in English and Spanish.

• Order Management & Invoicing: Process customer orders, handle modifications/cancellations, and audit documents for accurate billing.

• Shipping Coordination: Schedule freight moves, arrange pick-up/drop-off appointments, and collaborate with partners like FedEx, Magic Transport, and DB Schenker.

• Warehouse Collaboration: Team up with warehouse staff to ensure orders are prepared and shipped on schedule.

• Tracking & Documentation: Maintain precise records of shipments, scan/upload bills of lading, and generate performance reports.

• Sales Administration: Provide clients with product quotes, proforma invoices, and the latest promotional updates.
