Performance Marketing Specialist

800 Storage is Dubai's leading premium self-storage provider with nine facilities across the UAE. We are expanding our digital marketing capabilities and looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid media activity across Google and Meta.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who lives inside campaign dashboards, optimises relentlessly, and knows how to convert ad spend into qualified leads and measurable revenue growth.

What You Will Do

• Plan, build, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Lead Gen, Conversion, Retargeting)
• Own campaign budgets end-to-end — from media planning and forecasting through to daily pacing, optimisation, and performance reporting
• Develop and refine audience strategies including cold prospecting, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels to drive high-quality lead generation for storage facilities
• Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve CTR, CVR, and cost per lead
• Monitor pixel events, conversion tracking, and attribution data to ensure accurate performance measurement across all campaigns
• Analyse campaign data weekly, identify trends, and present clear insights and recommendations to the marketing and management teams
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief and review ad assets — static, video, and UGC — aligned to platform best practices
• Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging paid media trends relevant to the UAE and MENA market
• Support the broader digital marketing strategy with data-driven input on budget allocation, channel mix, and growth opportunities

What We Are Looking For

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with demonstrable results (ROAS, CPL, CPA improvements)
• Proven ability to manage and scale mid-to-high budgets independently across multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong command of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking setup
• Experience running lead generation campaigns specifically — with a focus on lead quality over volume
• Solid understanding of full-funnel strategy: awareness through to conversion and retargeting
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and translate numbers into actionable decisions
• Excellent written English for ad copy, reporting, and stakeholder communication

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
• Background in real estate, property, or service-sector lead generation
• Familiarity with the UAE or Gulf market — consumer behaviour, seasonality, platform preferences
• Google Ads certifications (Search, Performance Max, Display) and/or Meta Blueprint certification
• Experience using Looker Studio or Data Studio for performance reporting
