Construction Estimator Symbility Xactimate

Full service established construction company specializing in insurance restoration, barrier free and REO work is in search of a Construction Estimator.

Higher end of salary range is for the comprehensive and capable candidate.

Job Duties: Write scopes and estimate of repairs for not only insurance losses, but REO foreclosures and potentially ADA & Barrier Free jobs. Pay range commensurate with experience, and industry/revenue stream.

Requirements:

• Kitchen/Bath Estimating a plus
• Insurance Restoration Estimating/Xactimate Knowledge a plus
• Prefer an individual with an existing sub contractor base
• Must have construction knowledge
• Must possess time management skills
• Must be able to establish and comprehend budgets
• Must be able to comprehend job costing, and obtain prices
• Familiar with insurance guidelines and qualifications
• Poses strong computer skills
• Must be able to handle a fair volume of work in a timely manner
• Flexible schedule nights and weekend may be required
• Must be very proficient Word, Excel & Outlook
• College degree preferred but not required

Work schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• On call
• Monday to Friday
