Desired Qualifications
3+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience with a general contractor
Experience estimating commercial, institutional, municipal, or education projects
Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, takeoffs, and cost modeling
Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
