$65,000 - $90,000 yearly + commission

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications and collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed proposals and bid documents, ensuring all project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits to gather essential data and assess project conditions.
• Utilize industry-standard software to create comprehensive cost breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to clarify project scope and expectations.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to ensure financial targets are met.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction estimating, with a focus on restoration and reconstruction projects.
• Ability to analyze project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates.
• Proven track record of preparing detailed proposals and bid documents that meet project requirements.
• Skilled in conducting site visits to gather essential data and assess project conditions.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software for creating comprehensive cost breakdowns.
