Quality Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Compliance Specialist to support Quality Assurance and Compliance activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, maintain quality systems, and support daily manufacturing operations.

• Pay Rate: $40 - $47/hour
• Bridgewater NJ

Responsibilities:

• Provide QA support for manufacturing operations in accordance with cGMP requirements.
  
  
• Review batch records, production documentation, and quality records for accuracy and compliance.
  
  
• Support deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and document control activities.
  
  
• Perform QA walkthroughs and assist with inspection readiness, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.
  
  
• Support product/material release activities and quality oversight.
  
  
• Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and training records.
  
  
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Warehouse, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
  
  
• Assist with quality investigations, product complaints, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
  
  
• 3-5 years of Quality Assurance or Quality Compliance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  
  
• Working knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  
  
• Experience with deviations, CAPAs, change control, and document control.
  
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or advanced therapies is a plus.
