Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with high school students in a dynamic educational setting near Lancaster, PA. This full-time position offers the chance to provide impactful speech-language services to adolescents, supporting their educational and social development. The assignment begins as soon as possible, continuing through at least January 15th, 2027, offering stability and the opportunity to make a real difference.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience delivering speech/language therapy in a school setting, especially with high school populations
- Skilled in individualized education program (IEP) development and implementation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to high school students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans addressing students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the classroom
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds
