Position Specific Description Sr Product Manager II - NEA Job Overview Employees in this role will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical products. - Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with NextEra's goals and market opportunities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver best-in-class solutions
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets and exceeds their expectations
- Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development
- Provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholders on product progress, key achievements, and strategic direction
