Project Manager

Job Description

This is a 100% on-site role based in Manassas, VA, for a 12-month, $40 million project. While candidates may be located anywhere in the continental U.S., relocation to the project site is required.

The position is with a leading Construction Management Firm/Owner's Representative specializing in commercial construction projects nationwide. The Project Manager will work closely with project owners and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution

Responsibilities

• Ensure project completion is on time and meets all quality and compliance standards

• Manage submittals and maintain project documentation in the database (~30% of role)

• Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) (~20%)

• Participate in key meetings (bid reviews, GC meetings, subcontractor meetings) (~20%)

• Oversee coordination with general contractors and project teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Construction/Project Management experience

• OR 10+ years of Project Management experience (if coming from a General Contractor experience)

• 5+ years working with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and vertical commercial construction projects

• Experience managing general contractors on commercial construction or data center projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data centers or AI campus projects

• in healthcare construction

• Owner's Representative or Construction Management firm experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
