Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have recent ER experience, necessary certifications, and a current license to practice in the state.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions to deliver timely emergency care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, interventions, and outcomes.
• Respond effectively to critical situations, including code blues and traumas.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid nursing license for the state of assignment.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Bring at least two years of recent ER experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and protocols.
