Job Title: Senior Agentic AI Architect

Location: 100% Remote

Contract Length: 6 months to start - possibility to extend

Location preference but not required: EASTERN STANDARD TIMEZONE or CENTRAL STANDARD TIMEZONE

• Why? The candidates will be primarily working with a development team that sits in India so if they sit in CST or EST time zones they will have maximum cross-over working time together.

• Years of Experience Required: 7-8+
• Role overview: This is a Senior, hands-on technical leadership role focused on designing and delivering enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead AI solution architecture end-to-end across multiple projects (design a build a deploy)
• Build advanced AI agents and multi-agent systems that can take actions, use tools, and collaborate
• Design RAG pipelines with embedding and vector databases
• Oversee MLOps and cloud deployments (Azure ML, Docker, seamless services)
• Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and low latency
• Ensured secure, compliant AI systems (data governance, PII protection)
• Drive technical decisions (buy vs. build, tools, architecture)

Top Required Skills:

• Experience building AI agents, multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines
• Why? Client needs someone who is just using LLM's but can build intelligent systems around the LLM's
• Experience designing scalable, production-grade AI systems
• Why? Client needs someone who can architect real enterprise platforms, not just prototypes.
• Experience with CI/CD for AI systems, pipeline orchestration, containerization, infrastructure as code, etc.
• Why? This role is about making AI reliable, repeatable, and deployable at scale
• Experience optimizing model serving and data pipelines, reducing latency and cost, and working with high performance tools
• Why? Client needs their enterprise AI to be fast, efficient, and scalable
• Experience designing systems with PII protection, data governance, or guardrails for LLM behavior
• Why? This is critical for enterprise adoption of AI
• Experience leading multiple projects at once, making architecture decisions, and translating business needs into AI solutions
• Why? This is not just an engineer, this is a technical decision-maker and leader role
• Strong coding and data skills - Python, SQL, APIs, data pipelines, back-end systems.

Compensation:


The hourly rate for this position is between $54.00-$68.00 per hour.
