The Automotive Customer Experience Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction within the automotive sector. Reporting to the General Manager, this position focuses on improving customer interactions through strategic process enhancements and responsive complaint resolution.

 

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service improvements
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency
• Analyze customer feedback to inform strategy and address service gaps
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at elevating the customer experience
• Provide training and development to staff focused on customer service excellence
• Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer experience management
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams
