Production Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.00 to $19.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )
- We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious production operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, sorting, and organizing materials
- Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of products and equipment within the facility
- Support production and skilled trade teams with various duties as assigned.
- This position requires a strong commitment to quality, adherence to all safety protocols, and a collaborative spirit to meet team production targets
- Operate machinery for block and head machining operations as required
- Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements; maintain a high standard of cleanliness, upkeep, and housekeeping at the workstation
- Execute daily and weekly operator Preventive Maintenance (PMs) on assigned machines and equipment
Production Operator Qualifications:
- Proven experience in assembly processes or machine operation within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours, throughout the shift
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to all safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
- Adaptability to changing work assignments and production demands
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
