Production Worker Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 to $17.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Various shifts available
- Horario: Jornada completa, turnos de 12 horas: de 6:00am a 6:30pm y de 6:00pm a 6:30am. El horario es rotativo
- En este puesto, serás fundamental para nuestro proceso de fabricación de llantas de aluminio, operando equipos de producción, garantizando la calidad del producto y contribuyendo a un entorno de trabajo seguro y eficiente
- Cargar y descargar piezas de las máquinas de forma eficiente y segura.
- Realizar ajustes básicos de máquinas y cambios de herramientas según sea necesario Inspeccionar las piezas rigurosamente utilizando calibres y herramientas de medición para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad
- Completar con precisión toda la documentación necesaria de producción y calidad
- Cumplir sistemáticamente con las cuotas de producción y seguir estrictamente todos los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos
Production Worker Qualifications:
- Debe saber leer, escribir y hablar español
- Capacidad demostrada para realizar tareas generales en un entorno de fabricación o industrial
- Compromiso con los protocolos de seguridad y capacidad para seguir instrucciones
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras (23 kg) repetidamente; generalmente, entre 200 y 400 veces por hora
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante un turno completo de 12 horas
- Capacidad para agacharse e inclinarse
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
