Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, Construction

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support flooring subcontractors with full-cycle recruiting in a fully remote environment. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for construction and home-improvement roles, building strong pipelines for high-volume hiring.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in recruiting, excels at cold-calling and phone sourcing, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
