Talent Acquisition Specialist

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist will manage the entire employee lifecycle, including sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and retention, while collaborating with executive leadership to meet staffing needs across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Communicate with leadership to develop staffing plans and workforce forecasts based on project requirements Conduct ongoing talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates and managing the applicant tracking system Oversee onboarding processes and retention strategies, including performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience Three or more years of experience in talent acquisition or HR generalist roles with a focus on technical positions Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and federal contractor HR requirements Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS platforms Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
