Regional Sales Leader

1915 South is seeking a Regional Training Manager to drive the Selling Process across multiple stores in the southeast region. This field-based role blends in-store coaching with virtual sessions to improve selling behaviors and business performance, with regular travel. Reporting to the Director of Training, you will deliver training initiatives, support onboarding and certification for RSAs and Leaders, facilitate live and virtual sessions, and provide feedback to regional leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
