Project Analyst

FieldBridge is looking for a Sr Project Analyst in Houston, TX to work for a global technology company that provides engineered services, products, and robotic solutions for the offshore energy. We offer weekly pay + benefits. $ 49 - $70/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hrs/week base) | Weekly pay every Friday | Important Notes: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. 6–10 years of relevant experience required. Position Overview FieldBridge is seeking a Sr Project Analyst to support a major energy client's Operations and Project Management teams with accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis. This role serves as a key financial partner, identifying risks and opportunities while driving improvements in financial processes and controls. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable challenging existing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly internal and external financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policy Perform financial analysis to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities, translating data into actionable insights Partner with Project Managers to analyze project profitability, margins, cost performance, and forecasts Prepare and review month-end close entries, accruals, reconciliations, and other accounting adjustments Support SOX compliance, control documentation/testing, and audit requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 6–10 years of relevant Accounting and/or Finance experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting principles Strong understanding of cost accounting, project accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and SOX requirements Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, large data sets, scenario-based models) Experience working with enterprise financial systems, extracting/reconciling/analyzing data from multiple sources #J-18808-Ljbffr FieldBridge, LLC
