The Sales Strategy & Operations team supports the rapid growth of our sales organization by providing insights, tools, and processes that drive effective and efficient performance. As a Senior Analyst in Sales Strategy & Operations, you partner closely with Field Sales Leaders and Business Operations teammates to bring data‑driven insights to the Corporate segment of our Commercial sales organization. Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor within the Corporate segment, supporting forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and operational efficiency through structured analysis. Lead key elements of the annual planning process, developing analyses that support targets for bookings, headcount, and pipeline across the entire commercial sales organization. Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and launch organized projects to close performance gaps in partnership with sales leadership. Streamline, refine, and automate sales‑facing reporting and KPI generation, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, pipeline reviews, and GTM activity oversight. Maintain knowledge of Sales Rules of Engagement, assist with account ownership mapping, and audit Accounts and Opportunities reporting to ensure operational discipline. Propose and implement system enhancements that identify discrepancies, streamline processes, and improve data integrity. Qualifications Minimum five years of professional experience, including at least three years in sales operations, consulting, finance, or strategic planning. Proficiency with the SaaS business model and go‑to‑market sales metrics. Strong self‑starter with exceptional problem‑solving and project management skills. Experience interpreting ambiguous problems, asking clarifying questions, and translating requirements into actionable project plans. Advanced knowledge of GTM tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Anaplan, People.ai, and Clari, with a willingness to learn new applications. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SQL is advantageous. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Benefits Base salary range: $104,000–$143,000 USD.
