Director of Sales USA – Build and Lead BLACKSOC in the United States (Miami, FL) protectONE is a cybersecurity company built around one mission: proactive security that makes digital protection a given. Our BLACKSOC platform delivers managed detection and response (MDR/XDR, SIEM, endpoint) to mid-market and enterprise customers. In the United States, BLACKSOC is operated by Secure Mining Inc. After establishing our footprint in Europe, we are now launching in the US. We are hiring the person who will build the US business with us, not just sell into it. The role You will be the first senior leader for BLACKSOC in North America. You own the US go-to-market, from strategy and pipeline to the first customers and the team behind them. You report directly to the executive leadership team and shape how BLACKSOC is positioned, priced and sold in the US. This is a full-time, permanent position with the scope and ownership of a founding role, backed by an established product and European customers. What you will do Build the US sales function from the ground up: strategy, processes, pipeline and team. Define and execute the US go-to-market plan with clear revenue and market-share targets. Own enterprise sales cycles for BLACKSOC and our managed security services (MDR/XDR, SIEM, endpoint). Generate and convert pipeline through outbound, partners and joint marketing. Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs and senior IT decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise accounts. Establish partnerships with MSSPs, system integrators, OEMs and channel partners. Hire, lead and develop the US sales team as the business grows. Own quarterly and annual revenue targets, and report on pipeline and forecast. Represent the US market in product, pricing and positioning decisions. What you bring 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including 5+ years in cybersecurity or closely related technology. A track record of building or significantly scaling a sales region or business unit, ideally from early stage. An existing network among US security and IT decision-makers. Solid knowledge of SOC, SIEM, XDR/MDR, EDR, Zero Trust and IAM. Experience selling complex, high-value solutions with long sales cycles. Comfort with CRM-driven, data-based sales management (Salesforce or similar). An ownership mindset: you are comfortable with ambiguity and ambitious targets. Nice to have: experience with equity or performance-based incentive plans, and with selling through MSSP or channel partners. What we offer Compensation: base salary of $90,000–$140,000 , depending on experience, plus a performance-based variable component (target OTE:).
