Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead a high-performing support team in Commerce, California. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who can guide daily customer service operations while also stepping in to resolve complex issues and support order activity. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery, maintain accurate customer information, and drive a responsive, efficient customer experience.Responsibilities:• Lead, mentor, and strengthen the customer service team to promote strong execution, accountability, and a high standard of client support.• Participate directly in day-to-day service activities by assisting with customer questions, managing orders, and handling elevated concerns when needed.• Direct daily workflow related to order intake, processing, and customer account administration to ensure timely and accurate completion.• Work closely with sales, production, logistics, and operations partners to support smooth fulfillment and dependable communication across departments.• Review service processes and team output to identify inefficiencies, remove obstacles, and improve operational performance.• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing details, and order data within internal systems and ERP platforms.• Monitor service metrics and use performance data to implement improvements that enhance responsiveness, quality, and productivity.• Create a collaborative team environment that encourages focused growth while reinforcing clear performance expectations.• Contribute to department-wide projects and additional business priorities as assigned.
