Open role for Greenwood, CO:

Guest Service Representative (Part-Time) - $17.80/hour
Be the face of our hotel by assisting guests, processing reservations and check-ins, handling payments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This role includes setting up breakfast displays, answering phones, resolving guest issues through our Make it Right process, and maintaining safety and security standards. Cross-training in housekeeping and laundry areas is provided.

About the Role:

We're looking for candidates who can communicate proficiently in English, operate property management systems, and apply good judgment to solve guest-related issues. High School Diploma or GED preferred, along with one to three months of related experience or equivalent training. The ideal GSR demonstrates a 100% commitment to guest satisfaction and treats all guests and associates with respect and kindness.
